This program is written in java, JDK 1.2 or above has to be installed in your computer for running this program.

Please click the following links to download tha paper and program.

(1) make a dir (let's say PSSI) to save PSSI.jar file. (2) unbound the files, in commond mode type: "jar -xvf PSSI.jar" (3) you can start the program either by typing "java PSSI" in commond mode or by clicking the PSSI icon in window
